ADMISSIONS

Admission is selective, with the main entry points at 7+, 11+, 13+ and Sixth Form. For 11+ entry, candidates sit examinations in English, mathematics and reasoning, followed by interviews with senior teaching staff. For 13+ entry, boys may apply via the pre test route, which includes assessments in Year 6 and interviews in Year 7, or through later examinations in Year 8.

Sixth Form applicants sit subject specific assessments, attend interviews and must demonstrate strong GCSE performance in relevant subjects.

Scholarships are available for academics, music, art, drama and sport. The school also offers a substantial bursary programme, with means tested awards that can cover a significant proportion of fees.
