This course provides a thorough breakdown of the language of music, teaching students to effectively play by simply looking at the sheet. Time and key signatures, treble and bass clefs, and much more are covered in detail.
Ever wanted to be able to play a song of your choice just by looking at a sheet of music? Well, this course can give you the necessary tools to get you well on your way. Over the course of these lessons, the language of music will be broken down into its base components and thoroughly analysed to give students a better understanding of what's going on and how to figure it all out. Time and key signatures, treble and bass clefs and many other elements will be covered leading up to a final piece at the end for students to read all on their own. By the end of this programme, students will not only have learnt to read music but they will have increased their appreciation for musical instruments as a whole. A further objective of this course is to increase students' confidence when approaching any musical endeavour.
