This course is an introduction to yoga and how it can help you gain strength in your body and mind. Most of the time, it is the mind that tells us we are not strong enough or does not believe in our capability. This work on the mat will start to enhance students' work ethic and self-belief off the mat and encourage them to aim higher in all areas of their life. This course will require a lot of repetitions in order to gain strength and fitness. It will also focus on different areas of the body and various ways to gain strength in our mind, such as holding positions, moving as slow as we can and holding balances.
